Francesco Scianni, f&dl manager, architect and fashion designer. International fashion trends and concepts expert, has offered his expertise to top world market firms and still cooperates with companies in Italy, France, Turkey, USA, Colombia, China and Brazil.
Luise Moller, f&dl deputy manager, fashion designer and drapery expert, owner and CEO of “Essentia”, a firm which mixes style trends, arts and sculpture. As a teacher, she follows the vital transition from fashion sketch to product creation.
Marta Mulazzani, fashion designer and fashion sketch expert, cooperates with “lebelleforme” and with the major international style groups. In the role of teacher, she plans and supervises all hand made graphic fashion design processes, from the starting concept to the final sketch, a vital skill for students willing to make a style concept real and bringing it into the creation and production process.
Bonaventura Di Bello, long time digital communication and multimedia expert, follows and teaches all trends in technology as a freelance consultant for press and internet projects and products. As a teacher he trains students in the final and vital skill of presenting and promoting their ideas and following products, using current and most effective communication, presentation and marketing techniques and technologies.
Paolo Cardoso, psychologist and psychotherapist expert in Communication, Job Organization and Human Resources Management. In f&dl teaches “stress evolution management” and “conflict management” in the company.

Fashion & Design Lab is the most advanced technological-training center in Italy in the areas of Fashion and Design, and adopts the latest generation products and methods. Its mission is the training of professional figures able to find a clear role in the world of Fashion and Design, but also the update of the skills for those who already have a role in the companies pertaining to these areas.

Fashion & Design Lab is located in the centre of Florence, city of art, in an ancient building looking onto the Arno river.

In our team of trainers you can find fashion designers, architects, designers and IT professionals, but first of all professionals who already work with the best companies in the Fashion and Design areas. Our training tools are based on the best communication techniques and show a particular effectiveness because they've been tested and applied during years of both direct and distant learning.

Students and trainees at Fashion & Design Lab come from schools and companies from all over the world with the goal of completing their knowledge and become skilled professionals with the most advanced know-how in their area. Our training is directed towards companies and freelance professionals who aim to improve their own skills. They put them at pace with the latest technical developments and teach them to use the right digital tools in their professional area but also in graphics and multimedia.
